Mind–Body Coaching for Vestibular Migraine and Chronic Dizziness
I offer mind–body coaching for people living with vestibular migraine, chronic dizziness and persistent physical symptoms driven by fear, anxiety and a sensitised nervous system.
Many of the people I work with have had scans, tests and diagnoses, yet still feel stuck, frightened of their symptoms and unsure how to move forward. Life can become smaller, more controlled and centred around managing how the body feels.
This coaching is about helping you feel safe in your body again, so symptoms no longer need to shout for attention.
Who I Work With
I support people who experience:
-
Vestibular migraine, PPPD & Chronic Dizziness
-
Chronic dizziness or balance symptoms
-
Persistent symptoms with no clear structural cause
-
Anxiety around bodily sensations
-
Fear of symptoms and setbacks
-
Avoidance of daily life due to symptoms
If symptoms have taken over your thinking, your confidence and your sense of safety, this approach is designed for you
What is Mind–Body Coaching?
Mind–body coaching focuses on the connection between the brain, nervous system and physical symptoms. When the brain perceives danger, even when the body is not damaged, it can stay stuck in protection mode. For many people with vestibular migraine, the nervous system becomes highly sensitised, constantly scanning for threat.
-
Symptoms are real.
-
Fear responses are real.
Mind-body coaching helps you understand why symptoms persist and how to respond to them in a way that reduces fear rather than reinforces it.
What This Coaching Is Not
This is not medical treatment, I do not diagnose, and I do not tell you that symptoms are “all in your head”. Your experience is valid.
This is coaching support grounded in mind–body education, nervous system understanding and lived experience of vestibular migraine.
What We Work On Together
Coaching sessions focus on:
-
Education around vestibular migraine and mind–body symptoms
-
Understanding how the nervous system drives symptoms
-
Reducing fear, hypervigilance and symptom monitoring
-
Changing your relationship with dizziness and bodily sensations
-
Learning how to respond when symptoms appear
-
Rebuilding confidence in everyday activities
-
Supporting you through setbacks without panic
-
Helping you live life again without constantly managing symptoms
Sessions are held online and last around one hour. They are calm, supportive and conversational. We focus on what is happening for you right now and how to apply mind–body principles to your daily life.
My Approach and Experience
I work from a mind–body framework informed by current understanding of nervous system regulation, neuroplasticity and fear-based symptom patterns. I also bring lived experience of vestibular migraine, which means I understand the fear, uncertainty and impact this condition can have on daily life. I am a BACP student member and work in line with ethical and professional guidelines.
